Bread, cheese, olive o.

My quickest and most satisfying lunch/snack.

Bread loaf (I prefer Italian, but anything fresh and soft goes, really).
Cheese of choice.
Salt, ground black pepper.
Olive oil.
Dill (optional).

Put pieces of cheese (sharp cheddar in this case). Pop into the toaster oven for a few minutes (upto three, for me). The cheese will be melted and just a little grilled. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. If using the dill, sprinkle on after the break is taken out of the oven. Dip in olive oil. Add soup to make a meal.
